Banner-Slider: Vor-/Zurück-Steuerung

Prev/Next-Navigationsbuttons für den Banner-Slider (carousel.js, generisch über [data-carousel-prev/next]), zugehörige ad-banner-Steuerungs-Styles und Chevron- Icons. Ohne JS bleiben die Controls ausgeblendet (progressive enhancement).
