Banner-Slider auf der Startseite

Komponente banner-slider liest data/banners.json; banner.js übernimmt
Autoplay/Pause/Steuerung (progressive enhancement). Slider sitzt zwischen
Hero und Instagram-Feed. Bilder vorerst als Platzhalter-SVGs.
